SHIPPING POLICY
We highly recommend FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING on all items, especially when the destination is outside of California. We cannot fully guarantee quality on items shipping 2 DAY or through UPS. We will review any claims on a case by case basis.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the product's perishable nature, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds will be considered only on a case by case basis, where the product was damaged en-route by the shipper. Please document damage with photos and contact Goldbud Farms directly at orders@goldbudfarms.com or (530) 626-6521 immediately after receiving any less than perfect shipments.
